Includes a galvanized motor mount, gears and wide tie-downs for securing.
It also comes with a set of multi-furrow brackets for easier fitting.
As for large gear, we recommend the three-segment, bolt-on type. The single wheel is a little more robust, but can only be fitted by removing the steering wheel, which can be a challenge. See product variations.
The 3D printed gears are made of PET-G material and will not wear out after years of use.
And there are multiple motor types available, from the general purpose (diameter 50mm) to the extra powerful (diameter 60mm).
The motor mount is based on bricbric’s, and the 3D printed plastic gears are based on PotatoFarmer’s designs.
Internet connection: This is used to receive the correction signal required to achieve 2.5 cm (RTK) accuracy. For machines used by family members, it is practical to provide internet access via a smartphone hotspot (eliminating extra data costs and administration).
An Ethernet adapter is required for AgOpenGPS control. This can be handled with an external USB-to-Ethernet adapter. While this setup is usually very stable, it does introduce more potential points of failure.
The Wheel Angle Sensor (WAS) provides the real-time steering feedback required for centimeter-level accuracy. While the system can operate without it at high speeds, a WAS is essential for precision tasks like planting or spraying and for reliable performance at speeds below 3 km/h.

To ensure you select the correct adapter, the most reliable method is to remove the steering wheel and measure the diameter of the splined shaft, as shown in the image.
In most cases, the spline count is 36; therefore, the diameter is the determining factor. Based on our experience, dimensions are consistent across certain brands.
