We provide all our customers with access to our detailed video guides that show assembly and software calibration step-by-step. Although you perform the physical installation, if you get stuck with the software settings, our engineering colleagues can help with fine-tuning via remote access (AnyDesk) and video calls for an additional fee.
To ensure you select the correct adapter, the most reliable method is to remove the steering wheel and measure the diameter of the splined shaft, as shown in the image.
In most cases, the spline count is 36; therefore, the diameter is the determining factor. Based on our experience, dimensions are consistent across certain brands.
